GENERAL MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree (minimum second class lower)
Professional qualification (An added advantage)
KEY RESULT AREA / COMPETENCIES
Establish and execute plans to achieve the strategic objectives of the Company
Minimum of fifteen years professional experience, and not over 45 years old.
Ability to think outside the box, "with unrivalled innovation abilities.
Proven sales and /or marketing experience in
finance, leasing or allied industry.
Reports to the MD /CEO and must be able to manage all aspects of the business.
Budget planning and management skills.

TERMS
Brand new car, performance based bonus,

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree (minimum of second class lower)
Professional qualification (An added advantage)
KEY RESULTS AREAS /COMPETENCIES
Develop and sustain good formal/informal
relationship with predetermined client personnel
at all levels
Minimum of ten years professional experience
and not over 40 years old.
Partner indigenous contractors for key business
wins I risk sharing
Develop portfolio to create value for the company
Develop relationships outside traditional ones
Identify opportunities for alliances relationships

MARKETER
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree (minimum of second class lower)
KEY RESULTS AREAS / COMPETENCIES
At least 3 years' experience in a leasing or finance company Possession of a 'can do' spirit and mentality
TRAILER DRIVERS
QUALIFICATION
At least 8 years driving experience with a valid
driving license and a defensive driving training
certificate
