Qualifications,Knowledge,Skills and Experience
·         A Bachelor's degree ( minimum Second Class Upper division) obtained full time in any discipline from a reputable university.
·       A Master's degree and additional qualifications in marketing,sales and allied fields from reputable institutions is an added advantage.
·         Minimum of five years post-NYSC working experience.
·         Must be ready to work in any part of the country.

MANAGERS(H SE)

·        A Bachelor's degree ( minimum Second Class Upper division) in Environment Science, Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering with a minimum of 10 years downstream experience, five of which must have been at managerial level. A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.
·        Technical and presentation skills.

DEPOT EXECUTIVES
Education
·         A Bachelor's degree( minimum of Second Class Upper division) obtained full time from a reputable university in any field of study.
·         Experience
·       Minimum of 5 years working experience in Depot Operations Department of a reputable company in the downstream sector of the oil industry.

AREA ENGINEERS
Education
·         A Bachelor's degree( minimum of Second Class Upper division) obtained full time from a reputable university in any Engineering(Mechanical/Civil/Electrical etc) field of study.

IT MANAGER
Qualifications,Knowledge,Skills and Experience
·         A Bachelor's degree (minimum of second Class Upper division) obtained full time from a reputable university in Computer Science/Information Technology. A post-graduate degree in Business Administration with Technology as a core component will be an added advantage.
·    Microsoft IT- related certifications,CISCO(Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Highercertification.
·     Working knowlegde of Oracle Software in the oil and gas industry would be an added advantage.
· Overall IT knowledge and skill in one or more of the following areas: Portals,Dashboards,Reporting Tools,Workflow and Collaboration tools.

The Nestle Technical Training Programme
·         The Centre offers 18 months multi-skill, theoretical and rigorous vocational training in three core disciplines:
·         Mechanical maintenance activities
·         Electrical/Instrumentation/Calibration maintenance activities
·         Introduction to Automation maintenance

Learning Facilities
The Centre is ideally located in the middle of engineering activities in our Agbara factory. It is well equipped with the following facilities modern classrooms, standard library, computer and technical drawings rooms, state-of-the-art electrical/instrumentation/ automation and mechanical workshops.
The students are exposed to industrial work experience in the various plants within the factory. Trainees are continously assessed and appraised during the period of training.

Overseas Training
The best five students on completion of the programme will be sponsored by Swiss embassy to do a 3 - month intership at a Nestle Factory in Switzerland. The sponsorship is part of a bilateral Migration Partnership Agreement between Switzerland and Nigeria.

Entry Requirements
Candidates must have obtained the following qualifications not earlier than 2011.

Minimum of Lower Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND) issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic in any of the following (or related) fields of study

·         Mechanical Engineering
·         Elecrical Electronics Engineering/Electrical Installation and Maintenance Practice
·         Applied Mechanical Electrical and Electronics Engineering
·         Industrial Measurement and Control/ Instruments Mechanics Work
·         Automation Engineering

In addition, candidates are mandatorily required to have five O' level credits or equivalent obtained in one sitting in the following subjects: Physics, Mathematic,English Language, Further Mathematics or Technical Drawing.
