STELLAR CONSTRUCTIONS LTD. Lagos, Nigeria

We are an engineering construction company having multiple projects across Lagos and other parts of Nigeria, and seek applications for employment in the following positions:

1. Quantity Surveyor - 1 position

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 5+years experience should be well versed in AutoCAD and MS Office

Estimate quantities of all civil work.

Prepare detailed BOQs civil and MEP works meticulously

Execute site measurements,responsible for periodic and regular reconciliation of materials.

2. Civil Engineer (Finishing and Quality)-1 Position

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 5+years experience,specialized in finishing works.

Ability to read and interpret Civil and MEP drawings and carry out works accordingly.

Should be able to supervise high end finishing works including,tiling,painting,carpentry,glazing,wet and dry wall cladding,ACP works etc.

3. Auto Cad Draftsman - Civil and MEP - 1 Position

Should be a certified Auto Cad Draftsman preferably having diploma in civil engineering or equivalent with 3+years of experience.

Ability to work with AutoCAD and MS Office

Ability to generate drawings for residential,commercial and industrial projects. Having experience in piping and electrical work will be an added advantage

4. Site Supervisors-1 Position each for Civil,Plumbing,Electrical (total 3 positions)

Applicants for above positions should be a certified supervisor with 8+ years of experience

Ability to supervise work,planning for appropriate materials and resource equipment and manpower for the scheduled work.

Guiding workmen on correct procedures and methods for setting out of works.

Supervision of workmanship.

Resolving workmen site issues.

Inspection as per check list.

Work measurement and reporting
