THE JOB:

The job holder will develop and execute annual marketing research to ensure effective marketing decision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Market research plan

·        Milk industry, consumer and competition research.

·        Advert and promotional research.

·        New product launch and innovation research.

·        DistribPution channel research.

·        Selecting and Liasing with research agencies.

·        Marketing record keeping.

THE PERSON FOR THE JOB:

·        Must have BSC/HND in Marketing/Economics/statistics or any of the social sciences, and a member of relevant professional body.

·        Good numerical, analytical and presentation skills.

·        Age range for the job 28-35yrs of age

QUALITY CONTROL LINE SUPERVISOR:

THE JOB:

Monitoring of the entire product realization process and ensuring applicable quality standards are maintained.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Bottle manufacture quality compliance.

·        Beverage Production quality compliance.

·        Packaging and Finished goods Quality compliance.

·        Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices compliance.

·        Laboratory and Equipment Management.

THE PERSON FOR THE JOB:

·        Must have BSC/HND in Pure and Applied Sciences/Technology.

·        1-2yrs experience on supervisory position position in an FMCG.

·        Quality know how,high acumen,analytical skills and good interpersonal relationship.

·        Age for the Job: 23-29yrs of age.

RAW AND PACKAGING MATERIAL SUPERVISOR:

THE JOB:

Monitoring of raw and packaging materials ensuring only qualified ones are used for production.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Incoming samples,raw and packaging materials inspection and analysis.

·        Quality results collation and report(Daily,Weekly and Monthly).

·        Handling of Shelf Life, Trade samples and special analysis.

·        Laboratory and Equipment Management.

·        THE PERSON FOR THE JOB:

·        The person for the job must have BSC/HND in Pure and Applied Sciences/Technology.

·        2-3 yrs experience on supervisory position in an FMCG.

·        Team player,Logical reasoning,Good communication and Analytical skills

·        Age for this Job position: 23-29yrs of age

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: MALE

THE JOB:

The job holder will be responsible for the organisation's day to day administrative service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Facility Management.

·        Premises hygiene and security.

·        Record keeping.

·        Visitors Management.

·        Meeting and Travel Arrangement.

THE PERSON FOR THE JOB POSITION

·        The person for the above job position must have BSC/HND in Business Administration or related field.

·        1-2yrs of experience in a factory Administrative management.

·        Effective planning,team player, good communication and I.T skills.

·        The Age for the above job position: 23-29yrs of age.
