·      This rloe functions as a veritable support for the team lead role and is responsible for a seamless execution and coordination of our outsourcing/resourcing projects and learning events from start to finish depending on which Directorate successful candidates are posted once employed.


·    A good first degree/HND is required. Active and qualitative NYSC year experience is needed.


·     We are looking for you if you are a people person with excellent writing,reporting and verbal communication skills, humble,willing and ready to learn, work under pressure, unconventional, IT savvy, team player, and dislikes being micromanaged.

Admin. Executives/Administrators

·         This role is the administrative engine room of our operations and is responsible for the quintessential administrative support for the successful execution of all projects and programmes.


·       HND/ND in Business Administration, Secretarial studies or any related field is required.


·   We are looking for good reporting writing and hospitality skills,humility and serving spirit,team playing and self management traits, comfortable with electronics/electrical appliances, agility and patience and willingness for continuos learning. Computer literacy is essential. Student membership of any recognised professional bodies is an added advantage.


Client Executives:

·    This role supports the Coordinating Consultant in a regional team lead capacity. It is responsible for managing, facilitating and coordinating team bonding and excellent customer relationship for successful execution of projects on Clients' premises.

·      A good first degree/HND in Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences or Humanities and a distinctive desire for a career in human resources management.


·     We are looking for a learner leader, reader,team player, result-oriented people person, with financial acumen who is self starter. A working, knowledge of Microsoft office suite is essential.


·    2-4 years in customer service, marketing, HR/ Admin role. This role is in the regions outside Lagos.
