formed in 2011 as a result of merger between
the University of Ado-Ekiti (former Ondo State
University), the University of Education, Ikere-
Ekiti and University of Science and
Technology, Ifaki-Ekiti. The new University
owned by Ekiti State Government of Nigeria,
